Health Analysis

Assessing your bodies overall health markers before beginning any new program is key. It's important to understand which areas of your physique need to have more focus along with which areas of your nutrition require more attention to create the Healthiest version of yourself.

Baseline Metrics

The human body is constantly adapting to it's environment and that is why it's incredibly important for us to constantly adjust your program inline with this. naturally the human body plateaus once it has been in the same environment for prolonged periods of time... that is where we come in to make sure you're consistently progressing week on week.

Refine & Adjust

Once we have found your baseline metrics it is key for us to review your progress each week and layout your game plan for the following week, without this progression stalls.

reverse diet

This is the number 1 reason the majority of individuals enter into the constant yo-yo cycle of fluctuating weight... they miss out on this key step. Once your dream physique has been achieved it is incredibly important for us to gradually reverse your body out of the dieting environment and into an environment that allows it to eat 1,000+ extra calories a day whilst continuing to drop even more body fat week on week.

Is This Program A Crash Diet?

Definitely not. If there's one thing i want you to understand, it's that this isn't a quick fix. Those kind of programmes are everywhere and although they can achieve decent results in the short term, almost every single person who embarks on them, returns to their original weight. My programme is about building life-long habits and long-term results.

Do I Need to train at a gym?

Training at a gym has various benefits. Having access to more equipment enables me to create you a more varied programme which in turns keeps things Interesting and enjoyable for you. It also helps to put you in the right mindset for training and Eliminates many of the distractions of home workouts.

Having said that, approximately 50% of my clients don't have access to a gym and have still achieved incredible results. A few low-cost pieces of equipment will allow you to make great progress without ever stepping foot in a gym

How much support do i receive?

You'll have my private whatsApp number so you can message me whenever you have questions or need some help. My most successful clients are undoubtedly the ones who ask the most questions so being able to get in touch with me is vital. In addition to this you will have a check-in each week to review your progress and make sure you're consistently progressing.

What happens after the program?

One of my goals is to give you the knowledge so that you aren't reliant on a coach for the rest of your life. I'll teach you long lasting habits which you'll carry forward long after we've achieved your goals.

How many hours do I need a week?

In terms of training, the sweet spot is somewhere between 3 and 4 sessions per week, each completed in under an hour. Pretty much everything else will be things that you currently do, just tweaked and improved slightly.

Can I still eat out?

Hell yes! The whole point of my coaching is that it fits in with YOUR life. I'll help you make good choices, understand what works and what doesn't and be on hand when you need some advice.
